Top Spot (the “Site”) is operated by [Banlit], a company registered in India with its registered office at [Delhi] (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are the party responsible for deciding how that information is used.
Listing details you submit. The name, website address and short description of your listing. These are shown publicly on the leaderboard, so please do not include personal information you want to keep private.
Payment information. When you pay, our payment provider collects the details needed to complete the payment, such as your name, email address, phone number and your card, UPI or bank details. We receive confirmation of the payment, its amount and time, a payment reference, and the contact details the provider passes to us. We do not receive or store your full card or UPI details.
Messages you send us. If you write to us through the Contact page or by email, we keep the message and your email address so we can reply.
Click counts. When someone clicks a listing’s link, we add one to that listing’s click count. This count is not linked to a named person.
Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information when your device connects, such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages requested. We do not use it to identify you personally.
