The Site is a public leaderboard. People submit a website address with a name and a short description, and pay to place it on the leaderboard. Listings are ranked by the total amount paid for each listing, highest first.
A payment buys a position on the leaderboard that lasts until other listings outrank it. Your position can fall at any time when others pay more. We do not guarantee any particular rank for any length of time, and we do not guarantee visitors, clicks, sales, or any other result.
Please read our Refund Policy. In summary: payments are not refundable once a listing is live, except where you were charged twice or in error, or where we remove your listing for a reason that is not caused by you.
You may only submit websites and descriptions that you have the right to promote. Listings must follow our Rules. In particular, you must not submit anything that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, harmful to visitors’ devices or data, sexually explicit, hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
We may remove, hide or refuse any listing at any time if we believe it breaks these terms or our Rules, puts visitors at risk, or could harm the Site or our payment arrangements. Where a listing is removed for breaking these terms or our Rules, the payment is not refunded. Where we remove a listing for any other reason, we will handle it under our Refund Policy.
You keep ownership of the names, descriptions and other material you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, free licence to display and store them on the Site for as long as the listing is live and as needed to run the Site. You confirm that you have the right to submit them.
Listings link to websites run by other people. We do not own, control or check those websites, and we are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices. You visit them at your own risk.
We try to keep the Site running but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or stop the Site, or change how ranking works, at any time. Changes to pricing or ranking will not affect payments you have already made.
The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost visitors or lost business arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us for the listing the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of [city, state], India.
